Just set Base URL : https://api.pollutants.eu/ttn_pollutag/ for your JSON Webhook as below:

 

And JSON formatter - select custom Javascript and check - it should look like below:

 

You will see your node appeared on Sensor.Community map, and on aqicn.org/
